Delivery Times

We generally delivery you order from stock – This means that as soon as we get your order we can pack it and dispatch it. Some Food Items are not held in stock and we order specially for you. This means there can be a delay of 1 or 2 day’s before we dispatch your order.  (All items that have delayed dispatch are mentioned in the product description and this is a guideline only, it could take a little extra time)

If your order arrives before 1.30pm we will try to hand it over to our delivery partner the same day and you should receive your order the following day depending on the courier schedule and your location.

If your order arrives after 1.30 – 3.30 we will try our best to dispatch it to the delivery partner the same day but it is more likely to be dispatched the next day.

All orders after 3.30pm will be handed over to the delivery partner the following day and delivery is expected on the 2nd day after your order.

All our delivery terms are excluding Sunday and Public Holidays.

As we use a third party delivery company, these are guidelines.  The delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange delivery and we will update you order in the system to reflect the company we have shipped it with and the tracking number.  If your order is late please do not yell at us, we are doing our best but sometimes its not an ideal world !

Back Ordered Item’s and + extra days for shipping item’s.

We do not hold all items in our own warehouse and Back ordered items have a slight delay of shipping times.  Usually 1 – 2 days excluding weekends as we are closed for shipping on Sunday.

Back ordered Items are also subject to availability from the main supplier.  If it is out of stock with them then we will refund you as per the Unavailable Items policy below.

What happens if an Item is unavailable after you ordered ?

It happens – but we know how frustrating it is to order and expect your goods are coming and then they don’t – when you could have bought it from somewhere else.  When we receive an order that we can not fulfill due to the product being damaged or out of stock (we are not perfect) We will immediately tell you within 24 hours (excluding Sunday) and refund you the ammount without question.  The refund will take up tp 7 days to get back to your account and we are sorry for this delay but we are not in control of it.  

 

Delivery attempts

Due to the high cost of delivery we will only attempt the delivery twice – after this the goods will be returned to our warehouse and customer will need to arrange collection of the order or contact us on 0556628155 to make alternative delivery arrangements.

Alternative delivery arrangements will incur an additional charge.

In the event that the customer doesn’t make contact with us to collect their order, it will be help for a max of 4 weeks and then we will donate it to a rescue organization.

In the event that the goods purchased are short expiry, we will discard the items upon the expiry date regardless of the time frame that the order has been uncollected.  As per UAE law, we are unable to store any expired items inside our premises.

 

Delivery charges

Delivery is FREE over 200 aed min order.  Below this the delivery charge is 20AED anywhere in the UAE.

 

International Delivery

We are happy to pack items suitable for export, customers are required to arrange their shipping forwarder to collect the items from our warehouse.  For international order of Hanz and Oley branded products, please contact us via what’s app 0556628155.
